The rooms were almost unacceptable, noisy at street level, and lacked assistance with luggage. However, the service was excellent and helpful, especially Kia who was friendly and made sure the rooms were clean and well-prepared upon check-in. The location was great, within walking distance of everything on Duvall Street and had a pleasant patio. The dining experience was just okay with limited choices and mainly carb-based options. Although the hotel is not very close to other key attractions of Key West, it is close to the pier and the beach.
